Now, the #OptUpBurlingame campaign, a Citizens Environmental Council (CEC) program, provides business owners and residents incentives that challenge you to do the same.
 
Switching to ECO100 is a powerful action you can take to help the earth. For the average household, it's only about $2.50 more per month than what you would usually pay PG&E.
